I never received my order, but I have been charged for it, I am very disappointed as I have emailed the company personally and have yet to receive a response. I love the Cota brand, but I will not be a patron to the company anymore due to my experience and I still have not received my order nor my money back.

Directions on how to use would be nice it does have my skin soft I suffer from bad dark spots I’m just awaiting some results from that as well that the major reason I ordered!

I ordered my products on February. 4 today is March 1 and I have yet to receive them and there is no tracking on them. It’s still saying in transit has been saying that since the second week of February.

The product is amazing. However, the cleanser didn't come with a spout. I have to pour it in my hands which take forever because of it's thick consistency. I love love love Cota Skin ❤️
